Takoz, Çuval (Big Bag), FİLM (Naylon), Araba lastiği, Halat, Tekstil HDPE, PP, PVC, ABS, PC, PS ve benzeri malzemelerin Belirli boyutlara Parçalanmasını sağlar.
Bunun yanı sıra bu makineler Kırma Makinasından önce de kullanılarak hem kapasite artırılır, hem de Kırma makinası ile beraber bıçak ömrü de uzatılır.
Tek Şaftlı Shredder makinasında kırılan malzemeler, elek çapına ve Bıçak boyutuna bağlı olarak istenilen ebatlara küçültülebilir.
Hidrolik sistem ile açılıp kapanan, kolay değiştirilebilen Elek sistemi vardır.

Dore Tech Single-Shaft Shredders are designed for the shredding of materials requiring high efficiency and precise size control in the recycling industry. Thanks to their robust rotor structure, replaceable cutting blades, and hydraulic feed system, these machines offer both high performance and long-lasting operation.
They shred materials such as blocks, big bags, film (nylon), tires, ropes, textiles, HDPE, PP, PVC, ABS, PC, PS, and similar materials to specific sizes.
In addition, these machines can be used before the shredder, increasing capacity and extending the life of the shredder blades.
Materials shredded in the Single-Shaft Shredder can be reduced to the desired size, depending on the screen diameter and blade size.
The hydraulically operated, easily replaceable screen system is available.
